cloudchat - Feature Request

This is to ensure that, if a ticket is opened via API, it can be continued via email. These cases are useful when I want, for example, to receive a phone call on another system and make it become a ticket and continue via e-mail. Another example is when I want to open a ticket via a form so that it calls an API and continues that call via email.

Today, in pre-constructed standard reports, it is not possible to easily differentiate between what belongs to humans and what belongs to Claudia. The idea is that you can view the data separately and easily.
