🚀 Automatic validation in Eddie flows
Now it's even easier to guarantee the quality of your flows! Eddie's editor starts to carry out automatic validations in real time for each change made, pointing out inconsistencies and points of attention before publication.
- Among the main errors identified are:
- Lack of CLAudia block in branches
- CLAudia blocks without associated text
- Incomplete conditions (IF/ELSE without all outputs)
- Broken links between flows
- Text missing between input blocks
These notices don't prevent publication, but they help your team review and correct issues before they arrive in production. Thus, you guarantee more cohesive, robust flows, and a much more consistent experience for the end user.

Shooting and Campaign Improvements
This month we launched some relevant news on our service platform! Many evolutions surrounding proactive shooting (API or via Cloudchat) and campaign shooting data (API or via Cloudchat). Among the updates, you can now:
1 - Submit a disparo proativo unitário via cloud chat
2 - Submit a disparo proativo unitário via API
4 - Use Report Builder to construir análises de campanhas e disparos unitários
This feature was created to identify signs of irritation, impatience, or dissatisfaction on the part of the customer and, based on this, automatically escalate the conversation to human service.
The objective is to improve the user experience in more sensitive moments and contribute to the quality of service. This functionality has already been tested in some projects with positive results, and now we are taking it to all the others.
We will closely monitor performance in the early days and, if we notice any unexpected behavior, we will make the necessary adjustments.
