Currently, we have a vast amount of content available on CLAudia that can be used by human attendants. With this new feature, we will take advantage of the content we already have on CLAudia to suggest possible answers to the attendants. They will be able to decide whether or not to accept these suggestions. This feature works as a copilot, offering suggestions for answers based on existing content. The proposal is to use not only what we have at CLAudia, but also to integrate information from external sources.
