For customers not to identify that they are speaking directly with an AI, we need to change the name of the AI agent for each call.
Example:
Customer 1 just got in touch, it must show that he is talking to “Fulana”
Customer 2 has just been contacted, it must show that he is speaking to “Ciclana”
Customer 3 has just contacted us and must show that he is speaking to “Beltrana”.

Here I think it would be nice not only to have the turnover of agents (different names) but also to change the image.
In the transactions we analyze, the analyst's name and image are always used. Having the possibility of having a different analyst with their own image pass the service whenever they enter, would help mitigate clients who make a lot of contact and identify themselves as an AI in the service, reducing offenders such as the Human Request
