Inclusion of taking control of the ticket - in Claudia's integration with Eddie.

In addition to the options we already have today (end flow, close ticket, forward n2 and answer ticket), I would like to have an action to remove the command from Claudia's ticket, just like “forward to human” does, but in this case, without passing that ticket to N2.

It would be nice for us to have more freedom to use webhooks.
