When the user sends a message, CLAudia takes ~20s to reply and the user is left with no feedback. The suggestion is to display a “typing...” indicator (balloon), as it already exists in WhatsApp and the Zendesk widget, activated as soon as the user's message arrives and maintained while the AI processes.

Trigger the typing indicator via the official WhatsApp API (Meta) as soon as the user's message is received, keeping “typing...” while the AI processes, with timeout control and automatic closure when sending the response. It reduces the perception of delay and improves CX, consistently on WhatsApp and widgets.
