When auditing conversations, it would be interesting if there were a column also showing the number of messages exchanged within that ticket, so we don't 'waste time' entering conversations where the customer is only on the home menu and doesn't even interact with CH.

Enabling a column in the conversations tab to identify whether the result of the audit was a correct service or not would visually facilitate the identification of conversations that must be analyzed by conversations identified as incorrect, without the need to keep opening conversation by conversation
