When transferring conversations to N2 in another language, CLAudia automatically sends a notice informing that the service will use translation tools. The objective is to ensure transparency and avoid noise when communicating with foreigners.

Suggested example:

“This service uses translation tools to answer you as soon as possible. If you have a problem with the translation quality that prevents you from communicating properly with our agent, please let us know.”

The idea is for CLAudia to detect that the conversation is not in Portuguese and includes this notice along with the transfer message.
