This is a feature that we have successfully tested in the past and are now making it available to all customers. There are situations in which the client asks a question that could be answered by more than one section without much context, or it is a question clearly out of scope, or even when we need more information.
This clarifying feature helps identify if the question needs to be clarified, if it requires more information, if it is related to the customer's context, or if it can already be answered directly. In the initial tests, we observed an increase in CSAT, a reduction in error rates (resulting from audits), and an increase in retention.
This impact was especially significant for customers with extensive and complex content bases (IDS), with more than 650 entries.
