We are launching a new feature that allows CLAudia to access publicly available content in a very simple way, either by pressing a few buttons or in an automated way.

Our goal is to support various types of formats, such as PDFs, documents, websites, FAQs, etc., but we have not yet been able to attest to all the formats that will be supported in this first version.

A critical point that we are evaluating is how to handle conflicts with what already exists in IDS. That's the most complex part of this functionality. Therefore, we are deciding whether it will initially be something exclusive for new customers or if it will also be available to current customers. In fact, part of what's in here is how to manage this content in IDS's own audits and management.
