Allow the customization of sending the survey: have the option to configure which types of tickets the CSAT should be sent to

Today, every time a ticket is solved, the CSAT is submitted. It should be possible to tell which tickets the CSAT submission is sent on.

4363 - 2 - Add more information to the API

We know that there is still a lot of data that we need to add and make available in our API. The idea is to validate more data that is needed and add more data to our APIs, so that our customers can consume them.

4605 - Review data that needs to be in the charts and add them

Today, we know that we still need to have more data in our charts. The idea is that we review this and add another set of data so that our clients can easily gain insights.
