cloudchat - Feature Request

This here would make it possible (and natively, directly through CloudChat) to take tickets from CLAudia or even send them back. This would help a lot for cases where Ana Mano would like to get a ticket or where Claudia should continue to respond.

The idea is to make it easy and self-service: call CLAudia directly through Cloud Chat, without needing help from someone from Cloud Humans, or even without having to enter the Hub.

Today you can get tickets from CLAudia through the Hub. The idea is that this is native directly through cloud chat.
