Currently, it is possible to add tags by automation only to conversations.

I suggest expanding this functionality to also allow the inclusion of tags in contacts, since this action is not possible even through macros - today there is only one workaround to circumvent this limitation, or by manual action.

This improvement would allow, for example, to automatically segment contacts based on behavior or origin, such as tagging leads from specific campaigns or identifying customers who interacted with certain channels.
