Currently, we only have one field to configure the automatic message sent when the customer triggers support outside office hours. This message works well for standard time, but does not apply to cases of special dates or exceptional times.
For example, every Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., we have a team meeting. During this period, support is unavailable, but the automatic message continues to inform that our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., which generates inconsistent information for those who contact us at that time.
Today, to get around this, I need to manually change the default message before the meeting, replacing it with a personalized message, and then return to the original message when the meeting ends.
As there is already the possibility of registering special dates and holidays, it would be very useful to be able to configure a specific message for those periods. This would eliminate this manual rework and ensure that customers always receive context-appropriate communication.
