Improvement in CSAT WhatsApp

The CSAT is currently just numbers from 1 to 5, with no description.
It has already been reported by the C2S client that there was a human error by the user when entering 1 because they did not know what each note represented.
Suggestions:
- Add a description (if possible) as in the attached image
- Use emojis (no description in this case) 😍 🙂 😐 😞 😠

Context: customer requested that it be possible to add text explaining the meaning of each note (e.g., 5-Excellent, 4-Good, 3-Neutral, 2-Bad, 1-Terrible) or emojis (😍😀😐😑😞). Recognize the limitation of the Goal (search must be numerical), so the alternative request is to be able to change the text at the top of the template
