Today, by selecting several conversations at once in the WhatsApp inbox, it is possible to apply batch actions such as labeling, changing status (resolve, snooze, reopen), and assign agent or team.

What doesn't exist is the option to mark these conversations as read in batch—either by selecting them all at once, or by selecting just a few specific ones. To “clear” the unread count, the agent must open each conversation individually, even if they have already made a selection (total or partial) for other actions.

Suggestion:

Add “Mark as read” as another option to the batch actions menu, along with those that already exist today (labels, status, assignment), allowing you to mark as read both all the selected conversations and a specific selection, at once.
