To obtain the complete content base, it is necessary to request the Cloud Humans team, which makes management slow. Request: an Export (CSV) button on the CloudChat content screen itself, allowing you to download the entire database autonomously, without depending on the Cloud team. This helps in managing and reviewing content (e.g., filtering and reviewing by tag, auditing content in bulk, comparing before/after updates).
