Context:
CloudChat automation today allows you to postpone a conversation (put on hold), but it doesn't allow you to define a time rule so that it automatically leaves that state.
What is missing:
to be able to configure, within the automation that postpones the conversation, a time (e.g., delay for X hours/X days) so that the conversation automatically returns to normal flow after this period - without requiring manual intervention.
Expected behavior:
when setting up an automation that postpones the conversation, the customer could choose the delay time (date/time or duration) as a parameter, and the conversation exits the delay on its own when that time expires.
