First-message automation shouldn't break when external integration removes the control label

An automation for sending the first message (greeting the attendant when assigned) uses a control label (e.g., “greetings sent”) so as not to fire twice. When the Salesforce flow removes that label from the conversation for another reason, the automation triggers again and doubles the greeting. Request: make this type of automation more robust to external label removals (e.g., a control mechanism that does not rely solely on a removable tag through third-party integrations), avoiding duplication of messages.
