Although automations are already quite powerful, today they rely on triggers that are related to conversations (such as opening, closing, such as the creation of a new message).
The idea is that they have other triggers here to be able to take action on top. For example, changing a native field (such as the urgency of a ticket) automatically triggers a specific trigger.
