We live in a world where answering messages can be complicated, especially when they involve sensitive topics or when we want to be concise but also resolve communication completely. This can be exhausting. Also, we often want to use a macro but make adaptations to it.
Both worlds also have a problem of low productivity or even low quality, lower than expected.
To address this problem, we're developing a copilot that will help transform those responses. It will adjust the tone of voice to align with the company image, soften or simplify messages, or even expand them when necessary.
In addition, the co-pilot will apply good practices of structure, spelling, cohesion, and clarity to the texts before they are sent. This is the first phase of our co-pilot project, preparing the ground before we get to the stage of suggesting answers for you.
