Today, if a company migrates its number from a BSP to CloudChat by connecting directly through the active Meta API, what happens is that that person will not be able to use WhatsApp because they will not have a payment method connected (because the payment method belonged to the previous manager).
The idea is to place a notice here so that, in this case, our customers know what they need to do and where to go to add that payment method. That way, this will generate less performance and we will be able to do this in a more self-service way.
